She has expertise in business excellence models, government excellence program and culture excellence.In addition to continuous improvement methodologies, Innovation Management, and ISO standards & auditing.

Nancy is also a subject matter expert, senior assessor and judge for national Excellence, Innovation and Quality Professionals Awards.

Coach and trainer, Nancy is well versed in leading teams and transferring knowledge across the organization and externally by presenting her work in seminars and conferences in UAE.

She is currently ASQ Region Director for EMEA and member of the Board of Directors and has been awarded with the Testimonial Leadership Award from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in 2014 and has been selected as one of the Fresh Faces of Quality featured in Quality Progress magazine published by ASQ in November 2016.
