Presentation Title: “SEWA Customer-Centric Success Story – Hope or Hype?”

Managing the Organizational Intellectual Capital and the Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO), Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority.

Currently, I am the Chief Knowledge Officer at SEWA. Responsible for Knowledge Management practices. I have been actively involved in creating the SEWA management philosophies that form the building blocks of organizational culture, employee behavior, and performance. I am responsible to coach, mentor, and train the employees on our bespoke management philosophies and thereby enabling the employees to tap into their creative genius.

In addition to the above, I am the manager of SEWA CX Unit—a special taskforce with the prime objective of centering SEWA on its customer through customer engagement practices, listening to the voice of customers, and conducting customer journey mapping. Creative and skilled at writing fresh and relevant write-ups, I proficiently contribute to the overall brand image of the organization with a particular focus on customer-centricity, resilience, and sustainability.

Prior to this, I played a key role in The British School of Language as a corporate trainer of English Communication and Personality Development for over 4 years. Being a certified trainer of BULATS and IELTS, I have successfully helped students get into their dream job or universities. I have acquired my Master of Arts (M.A) degree from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India, where I studied English Literature with ELT (English Language Teaching) specialization and I continue to pursue my quest of knowledge till date.

Syeda Kanizul Fatma is the chief knowledge officer of Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority (SEWA). As an eminent speaker and a passionate corporate trainer, Ms. Syeda has addressed more than 10,000 people in training sessions, talks, and seminars throughout the UAE and India. She has studied, researched, written, and spoken for 10 years in the fields of business, organizational philosophy and psychology, strategic planning, and organizational as well as personality development.
